Information we collect
When you request service, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, property details, requested services, scheduling preferences, notes, and message history. Staff may also create service notes and job photos while providing service.
How we use information
We use customer information to respond to requests, prepare quotes, schedule and provide cleaning services, communicate about appointments, maintain service records, protect the service from abuse, and operate the Purely Polished business.
Text-message information
If you opt in to text updates, Purely Polished may send transactional messages related to your inquiry, booking, scheduling, and service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, and SMS consent information are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only as needed to provide infrastructure such as messaging, hosting, security, or data storage for Purely Polished.
Photos and private property information
Job photos and property/access information are treated as private business records. Photos are not published for marketing without approval through the business's publication workflow.
Security and retention
Purely Polished uses technical and organizational controls intended to limit access to customer information. Records may be retained as needed for business operations, disputes, legal obligations, and backup-retention periods. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove information from encrypted backups or third-party provider retention systems.
